I’m so excited to join the #RamadanReadathon this year! It’s run by Nadia (Headscarves and Hardbacks) and it sounds like a brilliant way to support Muslim Authors!
If you want to join in on the challenge: Sign up HERE
For more fun stuff, follow on TWITTER and INSTAGRAM. There’s going to be a fun Photo Challenge as well so be sure to check it out!

So if you don’t know, I’m a Muslim. And in Islam there are Five Pillars that all Muslims have to follow: Faith, Prayer (five times a day!), Charity, Fasting (Hey, it’s the month of Ramadan!), and the Pilgrimage to Makkah.
I’m going to attempt to complete the HAJJ column inshaAllah!
Adult Fiction
Sofia Khan is Not Obliged

This is an adult fiction rom-com and I AM HERE FOR IT.
The Marriage Clock

I got approved for this on Edelweiss+ and I’m HYPED. So depending on my mood I might read this one as well? Or maybe I’ll save it for the FREE space… or just read both!
Non-Western Setting
The City of Brass

Everybody has been raving about this so I think I’m going to check it out!
No Romance
Amina’s Voice

This sounds really emotional and nice!
Involves a Journey
Mirage

I’ve been meaning to read this since last year and really want to try it out!
FREE SPACE

I’m going to choose between any of these depending on my mood (and time)! I might even switch out Furthermore with Mirage depending on my mood as well! If I read Internment it’ll also count as my one recommendation per month so maybe I’ll read that (even if I didn’t enjoy her first novel).
Okay I think I’m gonna take part in this readathon as well and I might merge my tbr for Asian readathon with this one 👀
Also I’d heard of Unmarriageable before but never paid attention to the cover until now and it says Pride and Prejudice in PAKISTAN (MY HOME COUNTRY)!!! WOW All the more reasons to read it now 😍
